It's typical over here for the sale contract to stipulate that anything left on the property after closing becomes property of the new house owner. A friend of mine gave up a free Lotus Europa - it was inadvertently left behind in the garage(!) when he bought his house. The Lotus owner (and former owner of the house) was a good friend, so he just let him come and get his car, but he never let it be forgotten that he could have kept it if he'd wanted! -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
