Well, as I said earlier, they were kind of tongue in cheek rules, but I do 
usually stay away from that cliche. It's just "too easy", almost lazy. 

What really attracted me to this was the light. And when I was processing I 
just kept cranking up the contrast and it kept looking better, so I went with 
it.

Rules are meant to be broken.  I like it!  Contrasty as heck but you can still 
see details on the hands.
