Thought this might be of interest to some PDMLers.


I've had the previous version of 'Perfect Effects Free' for a year or so. It's certainly useful for certain images and worth having. I generally use it in association with a layer mask to apply an effect to only certain parts of an image.

I haven't installed version 3 yet.
