I've got one. Glass is good. Build quality/feel is average. I don't know
enough about the current market to say whether the price is right.
I've had it since 2004. Bought it because 28-70 didn't give me enough
wide end. I still haven't made up my mind how I feel about it not having
an aperture ring.
