I couldn't, and still can't see it this morning. When I was reading the other messages my theory was that it may depend which data center serves your part of the world. The last I heard, Smugmug used three redundant data centers.
That's total conjecture on my part. I have no idea how it really works. This is one of the longest outages I remember. These are the kind of problems that drive data center managers nuts. At any rate, I have confidence in this company.
