Did you check to see if the back light for the top plate LCD actually screws up exposure?

I spent the weekend at a dance event, and one of the other people there had

myself.

We talked a fair bit about cameras, gear etc. more as fellow enthusiasts than
as members of rival clans. :-) From what little I saw, felt, handled the Mk3,
I've got a few impressions:

1) It looks like the high ISO performance will be outstanding.
2) Huge, bright, clear viewfinder.
3) An intimidating array of buttons on the back.
4) It has two modes with the shutter, one of which is not much louder than the
K-5, but limits it to 3fps, the 6fps mode is quite a bit louder.

Don't lose heart! They might want to cut it out, and they'll want to avoid a
lengthily search.
