To me those banners are the weak point of this photo. These guys are obviously labourers (electrical workers IIRC) but the only signs to be seen are for teachers. Looks confusing and somewhat non-sensical.
If those placards behind them would have been for one of the labourers' unions the photo would have been much stronger IMHO. Thanks to all who commented and looked.
