A bit of hyperbole, lets relax the criteria and set the distance at
approximately 200 miles and at least 5 of those are within that radius.
About three hundred and we're talking about 10, but then again I live
less than 30 from the Submarine base in Groton/New London, and at any
time there are 5 or 10 mobile reactors either in the process of arriving
leaving or being refueled.
