Depends on where you are going and possible subjects but my most basic
kit is the K-5 and a Sigma 18-125mm zoom. This offers a good range of
focal lengths.
Second choice woud be the K-5 and the Tamron 17-50mm zoom more compact
and larger f2.8 max aperture. Slightly better at wider focal lengths
than the Sigma.
If it got really tight the K-5 and the 21mm limited
