Hello, wise people of PDML.
Thanks to article on Miserere's site, I've discovered that one of my
pics has been stolen by an Italian 5 star hotel where it is being used
on one of their web pages (seems like a rather central page). I would
gladly accept any advise on the matter. Though I am obviously not
Garry Wong, I am pretty pissed.

That should be - "you don't know were the THEFT took place."
Hi Boris -
Maybe you should contact the hotel about the shots. THe probelm is -
you don't know where the theft took place. Did someone at the hotel
take them? Probably not - it was probably either their web designer or
someone the web designer goes to for photos. But the hotel is the one
associated with the site, so they might be more inclined to either
pull the shot or arrange for payment, since it would probably be the
web designer who would have to make up for it.
My two cents -
