No, not just the plaster, it's some kind of supporting structure. How

This past weekend, while putting together and running our Pentax Day in
Anzola Emilia, a Richter 6 earthquake took place in that area (not far
from where I live).
There are dead
and injured persons and quite heavy damage to old & new buildings. My
house shows some cracks too.
