Hi folks, I need a little enlightenment on a particular item for a 6x7 body. I'm currently watching for good prices on used TTL prism finders. I notice that there's an accessory called a TTL ring that seems to sell new for about $25. If I understand correctly, it slips over the shutter speed dial on the body and enables the body's shutter speed dial to turn when the adjustments are made to the dial on the TTL prism finder. Here are my questions:
(1) Was this TTL ring employed on both the late-model TTL prism finder and early-model TTL prism finder? (I understand there are two models. I've got an early-model non-MLU body if that makes a difference. It has a radial slot in the body's shutter speed dial.) (2) Would it be a safe bet that the particular model of used TTL prism finder which requires this TTL ring actually ~includes~ the TTL ring? (I think I know the answer to this one.)
