Our latest kitty is from the Etobicoke Humane Society; the East Mall
location. He's a Russian Blue (afaict full-breed) that was brought in
by the relatives of an elderly person who was unable to care for him
anymore. Middle-aged cats are always hard to place, but my wife and I
make a point of taking the hard-to-place ones. Best cat we've ever
been owned by. His most accomplished skill is eluding the light and my
camera.

Yes, I had a lovely chat with your SO yesterday, Frank. I was up a
ladder with a paintbrush load of latex primer when the co-owner of the
place came in and said, "there's a woman out front who says she knows
you somehow. Something about Frank Theroo?" She had seen my name on a
bio sheet in the window.

(I'm working with the good folks at CanClone to market their canvas
and wide-format printing services. There are a dozen of my images
printed on canvas hanging in their store windows as part of a pilot
test of the process. I'm also building a studio in the back and I hope
to do creative shoots there and host seminars as well.)

I told your SO that she must help to get you up to The Junction. The
icing on the cake is Dencan Books. I think she was totally sold when
she heard about that place. :-)
