I really like the composition and color.

The foliage in the upper right is a little bright on my monitor.  It
draws my eye away from the waterfall.  When you get some time, you
might try using Lightroom's adjustment brush to darken it just a bit.
Maybe do the same to the green in the upper right.  That might put
more emphasis on the waterfall itself.

It also might wreck a great photo.
