Mid to high end studio flash meters have had the ability to trigger flash, (in fact I couldn't imagine flash meters not having that capability), for at least 30 years. I don't think I've ever used a low end flash meter, is there such a beast? It's nice to know that Cowboy supplies the correct patch cords. Nice little write up.

The Pentax content is that the included product shot was taken with my
K20D, DA* 16-50/2.8, f/11, 125th, 200 ISO. AF160-FC in a Westcott Mini
Apollo softbox.
