I sent two rolls of slide film to Dwayne's for processing after GFM and just got them back in the mail today. I paid the extra three dollars to have them scanned and it's well worth the money even though they're low-res scans (approx. 5 megapixels from a 6x7 slide = approx 1100 dpi). If any of them ever need to be printed large I can pay for individual high-res scans when the time comes.
It's interesting how simply looking through a viewfinder with a 6x7 aspect ratio changes your compositional instincts. I got some good shots here that I didn't duplicate in digital.
