Maybe this does not help much but you never know... 

I had a very similar problem with the K85/1.8 that I bought last June, 
except that the sticking point was the half-stop between 1.8 and 2.8. Worked 
perfectly on the camera. The lens was under warranty so I returned it for 
repair, which was carried out satisfactorily in August. The lens has worked 
properly since. 

There's no way I would have stripped the lens down myself as I'm just not 
that brave, but from what I could gather from the shop it was not a 
difficult job.
