Do you live in the Maryland/Virginia area? A couple years back we were without power for 38 hours. I can't imagine 6 days.You poor devil!

At 7:21 pm, my power came back on, which is an hour short of 6 days in the dark. I have one of those new HE washers that lock the lid. I had I wash in there for 15 minutes when the power went out and there's no manual release.
