i think he could maintain most or all of his operational workflow in Lightroom too
(Also: I have no idea what you mean by "cutesy names" or "brilliance". I don't have Ps or ACR, but my understanding is that ACR and Lightroom use pretty much the same names for their processing controls.)
every term of art starts life as a cutesy name, often once we get used to it we feel like it's a perfectly descriptive name
