I'm sure that some of it is (that house is at the end of my block and was abandoned after Katrina). Kudzu overwhelms my house within days, and spraying Roundup weekly becomes routine. There are several types of vines that overwhelm everything in New Orleans, and I recognize kudzu by the pea pods. When I bought my 1850's era house in 1992, it was abandoned, and kudzu had overtaken and destroyed the entire back wall of both stories, both through harboring moisture and by giving a foothold to Formosan termites.
Thanks for the kind words. Jeffery Sent from my iPad Jeffery L.
