Those Canucks are rolling in oil money. Over the last three winters, we have noticed that Hawaii is being bought up by Canadians, because of the strength of their economy and the favorable exchange rate. Of course, winters with temperatures more than 30 degrees below zero also help motivate Canadian buyers.
