Aren't they all made in the same factory in japan, just put in different boxes with different manuals? Or is my FA button going to have Japanese characters? >> Hello Tiger.
The buttons are in roman (ie how I am writing now). My immediate reaction is that they are not "new", maybe "factory repacks", or "shop-soiled". We just imported some Nikon wireless slave units (from Hong Kong) - these were originally EEC market products - you can tell by the packaging. They cost a whole lot more to buy in the Japanese market. Barmy, isn't it? Pentax manuals even in the home market are in Japanese and English. The products are CE marked where neccessary.
