Trebek has long since become an American citizen. Dion remains a Canadian one but lived in Vegas full time while she had her permanent show there and now lives in Florida. IIRC she recently sold her Quebec estate.
Candy certainly worked a great deal in Hollywood and may have had a residence there but his primary residence remained here in Canada up to his untimely passing.
