I had to press the "reset" button once a week. It hung up a lot. I had to carry around extra batteries. The only reason I survived is by backing it up to my computer every day, so I could sync the memory back into the phone every time it fritzed out. Twice I had Verizon give me a replacement for a phone less than 2 years old.
It was fairly well designed for its time; it just didn't perform as it was supposed to.
