That's certainly a weird looking combination. I love things like this
- putting equipment to uses that they were never intended to fulfill.
While not as impressive as your multi-lettered combination, here's one
I managed by accident a few years ago - I think I may have posted it
before - fitting a Konica Hexanon 55 mm macro lens to my *ist DS via a
cheap, short K-mount extension tube:

I'm not even sure why I tried to do this and I was stunned when it
actually worked.
Of interest may be the use of the shoe viewfinder that came with a set
of Auxillary lenses (for what camera I don't even know).

Yeah - never "clean up' the photo crap case!
The viewfinder looks like one of those that came with tele- and wide
adapters for a variety of rangefinder cameras. I have something very
similar that works with the adapters for my Yashica Electro 35 GSN.
