You're welcome. I know nothing of Blurb's browser incompatibilities. I just posted the link that Jono sent. I used it myself with Safari on OS X, 'bought' the epub, and downloaded it to my iPad with the link Blurb provided in an email. Works fine on my systems, both of them (OS X and iOS).
