This is a mess of a composition, what with all the sign posts and busy business, but I had to shoot it,. Hookah's are common in restaurants here, as we have a large middle-eastern population, but at the beach it came as a surprise. Much of our middle eastern population is composed of Iraqi christians, members of the Chaldean Catholic church, who fled their homeland to escape persecution long before the war. I suspect this fellow is counted among them.
