Finally got around to taking a look at the Ritz Camera location I mentioned that used to be an independent. Looks like they were one of the locations that actually retained the name Wolf Camera.

Took a look inside, and they had a few Canon/Nikon/Sony products left. A few tripods, mostly flimsy Quanteray, although they did have two Manfrotto tripods (about 4 of each). Lots of point & shoot camera bags, and two or three "cheap" starter studio light sets. They weren't the Westcott light kits that show up on the Wolf/Ritz web site.

By "cheap" I do *NOT* mean "inexpensive" - I mean "5. Of poor quality; inferior ... 6. Worthy of no respect; vulgar or contemptible".

Their "20%-40% OFF CLEARANCE SALE" prices look to be just slightly higher than B&H's regular prices.

Nikon D90 $849, B&H price $829

Manfrotto 190XPROB tripod legs for $135, B&H price $129.
Manfrotto 190XB tripod legs for $129, B&H price $124.

I overheard someone in their mini-lab telling a lady who had a $300 pre-paid print card that she would have to use it by Thursday, Sept 20 or it wouldn't be any good. No refunds.
