Just curious, Dan: I saw Bruce's comment after I made mine. Not that I wish to comment on a comment, but I don't see this photo as bullseyed at all. He's noticeably off to the right and I rather like the composition. Did you crop and repost?
Also, I did find his face a bit dark but as I viewed it on my Android I didn't feel qualified to comment on exposure. I was still well able to see his face but brightening it a bit might improve an already very good photo imho.
