I am in need of a backpack as well. I have run across one 6x7 shooter who used the Super Trekker on some big mile African photo safaries. He packed three bodies (to avoid reloading) and 5 lenses (two 45s, a 55, a 75, and a 90 -- he's a wide angle kind of guy. I took a peak inside his bag, and it looked like a good fit. I'm thinking I might need that big a bag if I pack one body, four lenses (including the stout 300/4), a half dozen filters, and three hoods. Paul
