Well, thats fair. Ones who missed K-5 would definitely be delighted by new and improved bodies. Ones (like me) who have it are delighted to spend money on improved SDM lenses. Seems like HOYA period in Pentax history is one dark stripe. To many flaws with SDM lenses prior to 2012 and that saga with initial K-5 sensor stains (is just one I personally remember). Ricoh as a camera company itself is far better partner in this marriage.
