Little wonder project managers tend to go bald, it's from tearing out their
hair :D

At my last job we had a couple of sites that went through "design by
committee". In one case the owner of our company was eager to impress the
client so he had to put his $0.02 in every other day, in addition to everyone
else. Designers just love being a human paintbrush to managers with no design
credentials. Better him than me, I thought. I nearly wet myself laughing when
the boss told him to start using the golden ratio, which he pretty much did
already.

You've also reminded me of another client who decided to go live so he had his
DNS switched over... when we weren't ready. He told us after he'd done it, of
course. I wish I'd had a support team to throw it over to.

I'd better stop here before I hit the liquor cabinet.

Cheers,
Dave
