Several years back, I paid to register a whole bunch of domain names.
When they came up for renewal this year, I decided not to continue
several of them, because I'd decided not to use them (I did re-register
others).

Since the ones I didn't re-register expired, I've been getting emails
from some guy named Alex wanting to sell me those domain names before
they go up for auction.

Stupid really. Why would I buy used domain names from him when I already
owned them once and decided I didn't want to keep them? Just out of
curiosity, anyone have thoughts on how long this will persist?

Right now, I'm just deleting them without responding.

And if anyone knows how to create message filters on Time-Warner's server
I'd appreciate advice, even if it's nothing more than pointing me
towards the right help file. I've been searching, but I haven't found it
yet.

What I want is for when messages from this sender hit my email account
up on the server the messages go straight to DELETE - no storage in SPAM
folders, no acknowledgement to the sender, no rejection notices ... just
gone as if they never existed.

I can filter the sender in Thunderbird, but that means I still have to
pull the messages down from the server to my computer before I can
shit-can them. I want the server to shit-can them automagically without
requiring any further intervention on my part.
