Collin, There's a 300mm f4 K lens, not 'mushroom' shaped like the M* or A* 300/4. I don't believe there is a simple M300/4, only an M*300/4. It was one of the last M's introduced and was never in production very long before switching to A*300/4. Same design, same shape, but no electrical contacts. Regards, Bob S.
