!!!! I know this is really OT for pdml, but I would really love to read more about your new job. I'm from an immigrant family myself. I am a rusted on Labor voter because of former prime minister, Gough Whitlam who relaxed the rules for letting us have stake a new life in Australia. I cannot understand how we allow capital to flow freely cross borders but we put up barriers to human capital, which is much more infinite in potential (it does make me question the current Labor party on this one issue).

How do your clients adapt going from Afghanistan to Norway? What a huge change it must be. Where do they go, and who helps them settle in? Is there much debate within Norway on how this is handled?
