Seriously, I hope it works. Can't imagine that any bike could come to market 
for $20 though. Even if all the materials were absolutely free some labour has 
to go into the thing then you have to ship it to wherever.

But hey, if he can do it, great!

Would be concerned about how waterproof it really is. I sure hope that salt 
doesn't eat through the coating to allow water to get at the cardboard.

For now I'll be keeping it real with steel...
