Fantastic - thanks for posting that. 

The Vel d'Hiv is a very significant 'lieu de memoire' for the French, not just 
for its cycling history, but also because it was there that the nazis and 
French collaborators held many, many thousands of French Jews before they were 
deported. It will be interesting to see how this appears in HCB's pictures.
