No, I think hat was the 18-55. Actually, what he's doing is not as difficult or dangerous as it looks. Track bikes are very easy to control handless as their short wheelbase is very stable (counterintuitive but true). And, although they have no brakes, they are slowed down from the pedals. In fact riding with no hands is much more difficult with my road bike than on my old trackbike.
