Finally got around to shooting my first roll of color with the 135-600 F6.7 SMCT today at the beach. Only did B&W tests previously.
Body-Spotmatic Film-Fuji Superia 400, rated 250 Exposure-1/500 @ f11 Support-monopod Please Check out and "critique" a few of the pix: (these arent super hi-res scans, but they're decent) http://www.gate.net/~hifisapi/temp1s.jpg http://www.gate.net/~hifisapi/temp2s.jpg http://www.gate.net/~hifisapi/temp3s.jpg http://www.gate.net/~hifisapi/temp4s.jpg http://www.gate.net/~hifisapi/temp5s.jpg Overall, this lens is very good for color. Excellent contrast, sharpness, saturation. The 135-600 zoom range is VERY useful indeed! I am extremely pleased with this lens. I like the fuji superia 400 film too. Any better 400 speed color neg film out there? JCO - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List. To unsubscribe, go to http://www.pdml.net and follow the directions.
