That bike at the bottom right, the one lying on the ground, there's no excuse for that. Once we get beyond the fact that bike thieves have their very own special level of hell, we can direct a lot of criticism toward the bike's owner. If that chain is a Kryptonite, which it appears to be, at today's prices it would cost at least $120US. To spend that kind of money on a lock and then not bother to use it properly is shameful. Oh, and I like the photo.
