The idea is to sell it, but I said hang on for a while a second body - he's into sports snapping so another body is a good idea. Even at 4MP the old 1D is still amazing if you keep the ISO low. The mark II n is 8MP but the ISO is much better, and obviously the APS-H sensor size helps.
