The Metro Toronto Zoo has been, in recent years, overrun with them, to
the point where some staff members shoved a hundred or so into a cube
van and tried to drive them off of the Zoo property...many of the geese
died in the van, and it was quite the scandal, seeing as how the
ridiculous animal is named after our country.

I hear that there was an initiative to kill them and feed them to
Toronto's homeless population that didn't get through city council.

Meanwhile, I took pictures of Vanessa playing hockey (they finished
second, lost to Sault Ste Marie), and also a number of images of the
light falling through the windows at Vanessa's grandparents' home in
Fonthill.
