Except...... from what I read, the competition has various categories,
some of which allow manipulation. In a kindly interpretation, this
image was incorrectly entered. Which brings up the question of how such
an anally-retentive bunch could have allowed this (entry and
progresssion through to the final stage) to happen....
Likewise "What kind of idiot enters a contest with such Effed-Up rules
in the first place?"
