Baking soda made into a runny paste with water will neutralize the acid, then clean the contacts with a pencil eraser. If all else fails, scrape gently with a knife blade. It seems to me that both vinegar and Coke are acidic, so you probably don't want to use either on an area that has been subjected to corrosion by acid.
