And you're right -- I didn't have many options on that first photo. I was lucky to even get focus confirmation before I tripped the shutter.

Would have liked a bit less of a tight crop on the first but imagine there was not that option - perfectly positioned folk.

For some who might not know it, Election day is a day off work in some
places in the USA, giving people more time to get to their polling places and more time to get the voting done. That was true a couple of places I worked in the past which meant less crowding in the crowded city.
