I am sure this was disputed here recently, but from AP in the UK:

KODAK DUSTS-OFF REVAMPED B&W FILMS

Kodak Professional has tweaked its T-Max and Plus-X b&w films and also
plans to improve its Tri-X emulsion later this year. Kodak claims the
T-Max and Plus-X emulsions have been improved so that the negative is
'cleaner' and 'much less susceptible to attracting dust'. According to
Kodak UK, a side effect of the improvements is that the processing times
have been slightly reduced. The films should arrive by mid-April and are
expected to cost about the same as the films they replace, though with
different packaging.
