Ha! Couldn't figure out what Keith was asking. Right; the jersey.

Turns out Spaar Select was a Belgian team. That doesn't mean the sponsor 
couldn't be Dutch, but I would tend to think they're more likely Belgian. 
Similar languages, no?

I Googled the words and only came up with the cycling team. Maybe the bank is 
no longer?

The team is still around with a new sponsor, Telenet-Farsia.

Spaar Select. I'd say it's probably a Dutch savings bank. Spaar being very
