Ha! Couldn't figure out what Keith was asking. Right; the jersey. Turns out Spaar Select was a Belgian team. That doesn't mean the sponsor couldn't be Dutch, but I would tend to think they're more likely Belgian. Similar languages, no?
I Googled the words and only came up with the cycling team. Maybe the bank is no longer?
