Dave, I have it and like it but I got it through the free promo, so I
consider that a very good value prop. :-)

Personally I'd not be willing to spend $200 on it. If it was $69, yes.
Instead of the $200, I'd get a couple of good books on b&w and/or
general Photoshop techniques and do it the old-fashioned way.
