Budweiser in Prague is not the same beer (or company) as Budweiser in the US, 
at all.

Think... really good Starbucks (or your favorite cafe) coffee versus coffee 
from a vending machine.

Or, a prime aged strip steak, perfectly cooked, versus a Big Mac.
