You've got to keep the lawyers employed and out of other mischief,
otherwise there's no telling what might happen.
Legal bloat is however the way of the world, just for amusement sake,
visit you're local land records office, and compare a mortgage written
100 years ago to a modern one, it's amazing how few words needed to be
said to cover the contingencies of a default as opposed to how many are
required today.
